📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on upstream and downstream production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize production processes.
• Monitor and maintain machine performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including regular equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to the maintenance supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage or related manufacturing maintenance.
• Knowledge of upstream and downstream production processes in the beverage industry.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different production sites.
