📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef and kitchen staff in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
• Help with food inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing ingredients.
• Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure meals are served in an appealing and professional manner.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment.
• Work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet daily food production targets.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and kitchen procedures as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant, cook helper, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP principles.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from senior staff.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
