📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute high-profile events, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and logistics providers, to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources using industry-standard tools like Eventbrite and Cvent.
• Develop and present detailed event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and vendor recommendations.
• Oversee on-site event execution, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring smooth operations.
• Analyze post-event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine future events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, with a strong track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, including Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
