📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about our services and amenities
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is clean and well-maintained
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support the goals and objectives of Bisa Group

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with basic computer software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on hospitality or customer service
