Your daily tasks will include market research, campaign planning, and performance analysis, all aimed at boosting our market share and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for modern trade and hospitality clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Manage social media platforms to engage with clients and promote our products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in modern trade and hospitality marketing.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid SIM A license.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
