• Evaluate and assess loan applications to determine creditworthiness.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to individuals and businesses.
• Conduct credit analysis using Core Banking System (CBS) and Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor loan portfolios and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the bank's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing or credit analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in using Core Banking System (CBS) and Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
• Certification in Banking or Financial Services (preferred).
