📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and operation of heavy machinery and construction equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and other specialized equipment.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all equipment with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure new equipment as needed.
• Train and mentor team members on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and provide reports to management on operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure equipment is available and ready for project requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment management, heavy machinery operation, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (e.g., Forklift, Crane, or Excavator) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and maintenance practices.
• Proficient in using equipment management software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
