📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures in accordance with the COSO framework.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in internal control frameworks and best practices.
• Prepare and present control-related reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control and risk management.
• Certification in COSO Internal Control - Integrated Framework (CIC) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
