📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Report procurement metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of cost savings and supply chain optimization.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Professional certification in procurement, such as CPSM (Certified in Procurement and Supply Management) or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics sector is a plus.
