📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns for various clients.
• Support the creative team in producing high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and digital ads.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of advertising materials.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the senior team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and creative concepts.
• Provide administrative support to the advertising department, including organizing files and maintaining records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
