In this role, you'll daily prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders. You'll also maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in our café, ensuring a welcoming environment for all our guests.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the café.
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality coffee drinks.
• Excellent knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with coffee certifications such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or Q Grader is a plus.
• Passionate about coffee and creating unforgettable customer experiences.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of equipment and supplies.
