As a Baby Teacher Specialist at World of Wonders, you'll be part of a team that's committed to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for babies aged 0-3 years. You'll be responsible for creating engaging activities, monitoring each child's development, and ensuring that every moment in the classroom is filled with joy and learning. Our centre is equipped with the latest educational tools and resources, including interactive play areas, age-appropriate toys, and a nurturing curriculum designed to support the unique needs of young children.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans for babies aged 0-3 years.
• Monitor and document each child's physical, cognitive, and social development using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes the holistic development of each child.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all children.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Attend regular staff meetings and professional development workshops.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a similar role.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and other relevant early childhood education standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
