As a Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will leverage your expertise in tools such as SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office to drive efficiency and productivity in our facility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are functioning optimally.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Certifications in mechanical and electrical systems, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
• Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, PLC, and electrical distribution.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
