📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs through consultation with various departments.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
  • Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with training management software is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
