📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all operations.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze risk data to identify trends and potential threats.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.,Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices.,Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and industry trends to proactively address potential threats.,Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure all risk management processes are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and best practices.,Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with risk management software and tools is a plus.
