📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Plan and execute promotional events and special menus.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus.
