CV Wana Bukit is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Indramayu. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards of service and quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant to create a pleasant dining environment for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Proven track record of improving restaurant profitability and customer satisfaction.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
