📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage all logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the procurement and inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in the logistics operations.,Manage and train logistics staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs is a plus.
