📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and development of training programs using tools like Moodle and Articulate 360
• Support the delivery of training sessions and workshops, ensuring high-quality and engaging experiences
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness
• Collaborate with the L&D team to create and implement training solutions for clients
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
• Support the coordination of training events and workshops, including logistics and communication with participants
• Assist in the evaluation and reporting of training outcomes, providing insights to improve future programs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and methodologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong interest and passion for Learning & Development
• Basic knowledge of training design and development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic e-learning authoring tools
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
