📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Manage a team of engineers and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and engineering.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
