Bold Village Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead F&B Service to join our team in Depok, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the F&B service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the F&B service team, ensuring they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional service.,Develop and implement service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in the F&B service.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal service levels.,Train and develop F&B service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained dining area.,Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the F&B service.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
