📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions.,Handling patient payments, insurance claims, and reimbursements with attention to detail.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Coordinating with the accounting department to ensure proper reconciliation of financial data.,Resolving any financial discrepancies or issues that may arise during the cashiering process.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of cashiering policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare or financial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Familiarity with healthcare insurance claims and reimbursement processes.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Certification in cash handling and financial management is a plus.
