📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on medication and pharmaceutical products to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of apotekers and support staff.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in English and local language (Mandarin).
  • Valid professional license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
