📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Manage and oversee daily operations, including inventory, production, and logistics.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operational staff.,Support the Operations Manager in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
