In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fueling, and scheduling.,Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance to reduce costs.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.,Manage driver schedules and ensure they are in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.,Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
