📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash handling and transaction documentation.,Assist in reconciling daily cash transactions and preparing end-of-day reports.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of cash and banking supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
