📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel.,Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and common facilities.,Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.,Supervise and train junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Participate in the implementation of hotel policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of daily operations and guest feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Proven ability to supervise and train staff effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
