📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store performance.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager and higher management.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to a clean and organized store environment.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales forecasting.,Experience in training and developing store staff.
