📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store management,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail software and inventory management systems,Understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
