📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.
  • Lead and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
