📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HSSE department, including risk assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action planning.Conduct regular HSSE audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance.Provide leadership and guidance to HSSE team members, fostering a strong safety culture and promoting best practices.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HSSE strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Ensure the security of our facilities and assets, including implementing and maintaining physical security measures.Promote a strong environmental stewardship program, including waste management, energy conservation, and sustainable practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related discipline.Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSSE management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong knowledge of local and international regulations and standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.Proven experience in developing and implementing HSSE policies, procedures, and programs.Experience in conducting HSSE audits and inspections, and providing regular reports to senior management.Experience in managing physical security measures and promoting environmental stewardship.🛠️ Keahlian
