Fact Base Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and multilingual Sales Support & Japanese-Indonesian Interpreter to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge communication gaps between our Indonesian and Japanese clients, while also supporting our sales team with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both languages, a passion for sales, and a knack for building strong relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Act as a primary point of contact for both Indonesian and Japanese clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.,Translate documents, emails, and other materials between Japanese and Indonesian, maintaining the integrity of the original content.,Assist the sales team in preparing and conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.,Provide cultural and business etiquette guidance to clients and employees, fostering a positive and productive working environment.,Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.,Monitor and report on client interactions, providing valuable insights to the sales and management teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in both Indonesian and Japanese markets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.,Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in an international setting.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Certification in Japanese language or business culture is a plus.
