PT Tunas Widya is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they've learned.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.,Manage the training budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification.
