Salon Zahra Spareparts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a strong understanding of Indonesian culinary trends and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in the development and execution of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian culinary trends and practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
