📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee all graphic design projects from concept to completion.,Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for print and digital media.,Mentor and guide junior designers to improve their skills and performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective design strategies.,Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.,Maintain and update the company's design guidelines and templates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio.,Proven experience as a lead or senior designer in a creative agency or similar environment.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
