Toko Bangunan Budi Kebab is seeking a highly organized and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle fleet, as well as coordinating with drivers and maintenance teams to keep our vehicles in optimal condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.,Maintain and update fleet records, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and mileage.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential issues.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.,Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for fleet operations.
