📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the Americas field marketing team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring that team members have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration for Databricks' solutions in the Americas region.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our field marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and customers to understand their needs and develop field marketing programs that address those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze field marketing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize our field marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in field marketing and apply that knowledge to our field marketing strategies.
  • Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the field marketing team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a field marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze field marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak confidently at industry events and conferences.
