📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Handle inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the Head Store Manager to develop and execute store plans.,Promote a positive and productive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
