📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the skills and qualifications required for each role.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide support to the Recruitment Specialist in managing the recruitment team and ensuring high-quality hiring practices.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
