📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Ensure the branch adheres to company policies and procedures.,Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and financial reporting.,Understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
