In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales performance and enhancing the customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product information and recommendations.,Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a well-presented store.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events to boost sales.,Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to retail sales.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
