📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain operational manuals and procedures.,Conduct regular operational reviews and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the operational or management field.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
